3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Payment must be received before delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Greater Nairobi. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bloomy Elite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
