How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your perfect arrangement, choose your delivery date and time, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Absolutely! Use our chatbot Rose for personalized recommendations, or contact us directly for fully bespoke arrangements. We love bringing your floral visions to life.

What if the flowers I want are out of season?

We'll always suggest the freshest alternatives that match your desired aesthetic. Our florists are experts at creating equally stunning arrangements with available blooms.

🚚 Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Nairobi and surrounding areas including Kiambu, Machakos, and Kajiado. For locations outside our regular zones, please contact us!

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes! We offer time slots: Morning (9AM-12PM), Afternoon (12PM-4PM), and Evening (4PM-7PM). For specific times, choose our Premium Express option.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient. If unreachable, we can leave the flowers with a neighbor, building security, or reschedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa (our most popular!), Visa/Mastercard, bank transfers, and corporate invoicing for business accounts.

Are your prices inclusive of delivery?

Product prices don't include delivery. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over KES 10,000 qualify for free delivery!
